The Ambassador of Russian Federation in Mexico Valeriy Morozov had a meeting with professors and students of the prestige university “Technical institute of Monterrey” on September, 23. In fact his speech was converted into the scientific conference, which was translated in University cable net and later was shown at one of the TV channels in Mexico.

The Ambassador told about Russian view of current situation on the international scene from the standpoint of multipolar world structure.

He stressed the fact that Russian Federation doesn’t press towards to confrontation with no one and intended to formulate its foreign policy not on ideology basis but following on pragmatism and protecting essential interests of Russian citizens. Marked out the last events at Caucasus, V.Morozov stressed the necessity of creation of the new system of European and World security appropriate for current world structure and modern challenges.

Speech of Russian representative became starting point for the constructive discussion with the audience. Besides interesting conversation about perspectives of relations between Russia and Mexico in different spheres including economy, science and education took place at the separate meeting with professor and teaching staff.
